Bamboo Books & Papers

What are the top 10 or so books that we should have in our reference library that are especially related to bamboo designing and building? 

One of the first useful bamboo books that I bought is the Jules Jansenn book nearly 15 years ago. This is third in the list below. For many of you already involved in bamboo I would say that at least 3 or 4 of these books would have provided the solid base foundations from which you started off. 

If you are just starting up, I suggest that you take a look at the first half of the list and then continue on as needed.  Have I missed out any major ones that you have read or come across? Please suggest.
