Ewe Jin and the BBB team run educational and creative courses and present talks advocating bamboo with offices, universities and organisations. The talks and workshops promote and demonstrate the bamboo design and construction process through knowledge and practical skills transfer.

“Using a weekend pod as a project to go through all the design phases is a very good way of learning and training. I’m quite encouraged to play with the curves and let the imagination soar in the beginning of the course, and went further in concept design longer than before. “Everything I learnt from this course is so new to me. This 8-week immersion of bamboo architecture really enriched my life. I learned so much about the wisdom of tropical designing preventive design. I gained broader perspective on architecture ad became attentive to architectural details especially in traditional buildings. The course is honestly very challenging but definitely wakes the brainy part of sin numbers, geometric shapes, structure, planning and problem solving. Overall I just love architecture and will continue to explore. My drawing skill is picked up again in the course. The course is resourceful and many materials, booklist and bamboo community support groups and it had a big impact on me.”
